Reviews and Ratings
My deluxe room was very comfortable, but switching due to poor view and window size was a hassle. The hotel could have been ideal for a function, and the restaurant, though lovely, seemed overpriced to me.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had an excellent view of the river and city, but it was a bit small and lacked some bathroom items. Although the comfort level was satisfactory, the overall decor was dull and gloomy, and the additional fee upon arrival was unexpected.
The hotel had diverse spaces at the foot of the hotel, making it very quiet and spotlessly clean. However, the rooms were very small for the amount of money paid and quite warm at times.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, and I particularly enjoyed the fantastic view from the front-facing rooms overlooking the city. However, the suite didn’t quite meet the expectations I have from similarly priced accommodations I've stayed in before.
The hotel room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, with adequate facilities, but lacking storage for clothes and suitcases. The service was mixed, with some staff showing care, while others lacked a customer-focused approach. The location was convenient, being near the city center with pleasant views and access to the leisure center. The dining experience varied in quality, with some dishes being delicious but others disappointing. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but could be improved.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a clean and cozy room and very friendly staff. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the views of the river from the room were lovely.
